General recommendations are simple: the teeth are cleaned with movements in the direction from the gum to the edge of the tooth, the interdental spaces should be cleaned with dental floss and a special interdental brush. Do not ignore the gums and tongue: the gums should be gently massaged, and the plaque should be cleaned of the tongue. You also need to rinse your mouth regularly. Rinses are indispensable for gum inflammation, for the prevention of periodontitis and gingivitis.
It depends on the treatment,but in general the effect of anesthesia fades after 1-2 h and then you can safely return to work activities. In some cases it will be necessary to avoid physical activity for a few days but during the visit we will provide you with all the specific indications.
